At Audicate Ed-Tech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies for all users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and trial activations are handled on our platform.
1. General Refund Policy
Audicate follows a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans.
Once a payment is successfully made and the premium membership is activated, the amount is non-refundable, regardless of:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchase

• Limited usage or no usage

• Failure to cancel on time

• Technical issues on the user’s device

• Any reason not directly caused by Audicate

By completing the payment, the user agrees to this policy.
2. Monthly Subscription Plan

• The Monthly Plan is non-refundable.

• Users may cancel auto-renewals at any time.

• After cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• No partial or proportional refunds are provided.

3. 24-Hour Trial Policy
Audicate offers a 24-hour trial for users who wish to experience the platform before continuing with a paid subscription.
How the 24-hour trial works:

• Users may activate the trial by paying a nominal amount (e.g., ₹1).

• The trial gives access to selected or full premium features for 24 hours.

• If the user does not cancel within 24 hours, the subscription will automatically renew, and the full plan amount (₹499 or applicable price) will be charged.

• This post-trial charge is non-refundable because the user has already given consent to auto-renew during activation.

Important:

• There is no refund if the user forgets to cancel the trial within 24 hours.

• Cancellation during the trial will stop the auto-renewal immediately.

4. Referrals & Promotional Offers

• Users who join through referrals, coupons, discounts, or promotional links are not eligible for refunds.

• All such subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing, but does not entitle the user to a refund.

6. Technical Issues

• If technical issues arise, our team will assist in resolving them.

• Technical problems do not qualify for refunds.

• In the case of duplicate charges due to a system error, Audicate will verify and reverse the duplicate amount only.

7. User Consent
By buying or activating any subscription or trial on the Audicate app, you agree that:

• All subscriptions are non-refundable

• Trials that are not cancelled within 24 hours will auto-renew

• Cancellation only stops future charges
