Sevilla stunned Manchester United with a 3-0 victory in the second leg of their Europa League quarter-final, securing a 5-2 aggregate win and a place in the semi-finals against Juventus. The Spanish side, who have won the competition six times, took advantage of United's defensive errors and clinical finishing to end their hopes of silverware this season. Youssef En-Nesyri scored twice for Sevilla, opening the scoring in the eighth minute after Harry Maguire lost possession and adding a third goal late on after David de Gea failed to clear a long ball. Loic Bade also scored with a header from a corner in the 47th minute, leaving United shell-shocked. United had chances to score, especially in the first half, but were denied by Sevilla goalkeeper Bono, who made several saves to keep out Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood and Edinson Cavani. Bruno Fernandes, who had scored from the penalty spot in the first leg, was also frustrated by Bono's heroics. Sevilla will face Juventus in the semi-finals after the Italian champions drew 1-1 at Sporting Lisbon to advance 2-1 on aggregate. Adrien Rabiot scored for Juve in the first half, while Pedro Goncalves equalised for Sporting from the spot in the second half. The semi-finals will be played on May 4 and 11.
